If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment:
- Register as an NRS user
- Contact us through the National Relay Service
- Provide the Employment Plus phone number 136 123
- NRS will call us and confirm you are comfortable accepting the call with both NRS and Employment Plus present
If you would like a call back from us, we will first contact the National Relay Service (NRS) to determine if you are registered.
Once confirmed, the NRS will contact you on our behalf while we are on the phone too.
